WWE Star Says Working With Chelsea Green Is ‘Truly Magical’
WWE
A WWE star has stated that working with Chelsea Green is “truly magical”, noting the shared qualities that have seen them team together.
With Chelsea Green having returned to WWE in 2023, she would find herself working alongside Ethan Page, who signed with the company in May of the following year.
Together, they have teamed together in NXT and taken their double act to AAA, holding the World Mixed Tag Team Championship for a period.
Green has previously praised Page, stating that the then-NXT star is the “perfect” partner and opening up about their early relationship.
During a recent appearance on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, Page would explore their partnership further, saying:
“You know, you could ask me that about pretty much anyone I’ve ever worked with. I don’t think there’s a wrestler alive that I haven’t been able to make magic with. But I will say Chelsea has the exact same intangible quality, so when you put us together, it’s like truly magical and probably one of the most fun times I’ve had in my career. As far as like laughing at work, yes.”
Among the qualities of Chelsea Green is her ability to “maximise her minutes” on screen regardless of the situation, which drew praise from her real-life husband and fellow WWE star, Matt Cardona.

A Match Made In Heaven
Two scene-stealing stars, whether it’s in the ring or on the mic, it’d be easy for the relationship between Green and Page to be fall into trying to be the bigger star, yet they’ve found the perfect balance when it comes to shining the spotlight on each other.
Page may be the more seasoned star, having debuted back in 2006, yet Green (who saw her first match in 2014) has carved out a niche as an entertaining presence wherever and whatever she happens to be doing at the time. It’s this blend of theatrics and athleticism that has come to define both their careers, making an entertaining offering.
Taking their act over the AAA offered new opportunities for both stars, even if their World Mixed Tag Team Championship reign would come to an end after Green was replaced, due to injury, by La Hiedra. Yet to return to AAA, Green has been absent since late last year, with Page having last competed in the Rey de Reyes qualifier match back in February, losing to El Grande Americano in a match that also featured El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr and Omos.
It’s clear that Green and Page enjoy working together, not just through their comments but through the way it comes across on screen and, hopefully, more opportunities will emerge for just such an arrangement, be it in WWE or AAA.
