After various tense confrontations with one another, Williams issued a challenge to Zayn for his title.

Zayn recently defeated Je’Von Evans to retain the Undisputed WWE Championship on the October 26 Raw.
With this upcoming title bout, it would not be surprising to see Zayn find a way to walk out as the champion.

Another way for Sami Zayn to hold onto the Undisputed WWE Championship is by getting himself disqualified.
At WrestleMania 42, Trick Williams defeated Zayn to capture the WWE United States Championship.
Then at WWE Backlash 2026, Williams retained the title in a rematch against Zayn.
After going 0-2 against Trick, Sami might feel the need to get himself disqualified and retain the title that way.

On the October 23 edition of SmackDown, Trick Williams went to GM Nick Aldis to get a shot at Sami Zayn’s Undisputed WWE Championship.
