After years of waiting (and one official year of waiting), Ilya Kharun is finally eligible to represent Team USA. The now-American wasted no time, winning the 100 fly on Night 2 in Westmont to secure his spot on the USA roster for the 25m World Championships in Beijing. Kharun will vie for spots in the 50 and 200 fly as well later in the weekend.
