Following AEW All In London 2026, Kazuchika Okada became a two-time AEW International Champion.
Since then, Okada has not defended his title too often, but it feels likely that he will defend the gold at the upcoming AEW Full Gear 2026 pay-per-view.
Considering his presence in the Men’s Blood and Guts and other ongoing rivalries, there are several options for “The Rainmaker” to square off with in Phoenix.
Here are four potential Kazuchika Okada AEW Full Gear opponents.
Adam Copeland
Ahead of AEW WrestleDream 2026, Kazuchika Okada went face-to-face with Adam Copeland for the first time.
Then during the Clockwork Carnage for the AEW World Title, Copeland came close to getting a pinfall on Okada following a Spear.
Following the pay-per-view, Okada cost Cope and Will Ospreay a tag team match against The Don Callis Family’s Kyle Fletcher and Kevin Knight on the October 21 episode of AEW Dynamite.
Cope challenging Okada for the AEW International Championship could make for a tantalizing dream match on the Full Gear 2026 card.
Darby Allin
Back in May, Darby Allin was scheduled to defend the AEW World Championship against Kazuchika Okada.
However, Okada had to be pulled from the scheduled match to take care of some personal business outside back in Japan and was replaced by his then-Don Callis Family stablemate Konosuke Takeshita.
While he is also a champion in his own right, Darby could set himself up to become a double champion by challenging Okada for his title.
In a first time ever meeting, Darby and Okada could square off in a champion vs. champion battle at AEW Full Gear 2026.
Steven Borden
As previously mentioned, Kazuchika Okada will represent the Don Callis Family during the Men’s Blood and Guts at the upcoming special on November 4.
Opposite the DCF, there will be a team of AEW World Champion Will Ospreay, Adam Copeland, TNT Champion Darby Allin, Steven Borden and AEW World Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks.
Considering he was the one who issued the challenge for this bout, Borden could get the win for his team in Blood and Guts from Jacksonville.
If that is the case, AEW could continue his rivalry with the Don Callis Family by having Borden challenge Kazuchika Okada for a shot at the International Title at the upcoming Full Gear event.
Konosuke Takeshita
Back at AEW Double Or Nothing 2026, Konosuke Takeshita defeated Kazuchika Okada to win the AEW International Championship.
However, Okada would eventually recapture the title for a second time with a win over Takeshita and Kyle Fletcher in a three-way at AEW All In London 2026.
Recently, Okada pinned Takeshita to eliminate him from the Clockwork Carnage for the AEW World Title at WrestleDream 2026.
Wanting some revenge, Takeshita could challenge “The Rainmaker” to a rematch to finally settle the score at AEW Full Gear 2026 on November 14 from Phoenix.
