With the 2026 ASCA World Clinic just one week away, coaches from across the country are making plans for four days of learning, networking and connecting with some of the most influential coaches and leaders in swimming.
The ASCA World Clinic, presented by Fitter & Faster Swim Camps, takes place September 9-12 at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando under this year’s theme, “Grassroots to Podium: It Starts With Us.”

And while the regular World Clinic schedule includes more than 60 educational and networking sessions featuring approximately 50 speakers, ASCA is offering another opportunity for coaches who want to take their professional development even further.
A limited number of additional paid sessions are available — including intimate, three-hour small-group sessions with Herbie Behm and Gregg Troy, as well as in-person ASCA certification courses.
These aren’t simply more talks. They are opportunities to go deeper.
Three Hours. Small Group. One Legendary Coach. No Filter.
One of the most exciting options at this year’s World Clinic is the opportunity to spend three hours in a small-group setting with two of the sport’s most respected coaches: Herbie Behm and Gregg Troy.
The format is designed to be different from a traditional clinic presentation.
Instead of sitting in a room with hundreds of coaches listening to a 1-hour talk, participants will be part of a much smaller group where there is time to explore ideas, ask questions and get inside the thinking and methodology of a coach at the highest levels of the sport.
For coaches, that access can be invaluable.
Behm will take participants deep into his training philosophy and planning, while Troy will offer the perspective of a coach who has spent decades developing swimmers and building successful programs.
For coaches who love talking training, these sessions may be among the most valuable three hours of the entire week.
Space is intentionally limited to preserve the small-group format.
Turn the World Clinic Into a Certification Opportunity
The World Clinic is also an opportunity to advance your ASCA professional certification through in-person certification courses. These courses are the last chance to get certified before the system starts November 2.
As ASCA prepares to launch its completely redesigned certification system this fall, professional development is taking on an even greater role in the organization’s vision for the coaching profession.
Rather than simply attending sessions and returning home with a notebook full of ideas, coaches can use their time in Orlando to make tangible progress toward their professional goals.
Learn. Connect. Earn Certification. Return to the deck better prepared.
