Premium padel racket company Padeltek is teaming up with Aston Martin ahead of Formula 1’s United States Grand Prix, releasing a range of padel rackets and accessories.
The first collection will feature three padel rackets and three matching cover bags, which combine Aston Martin’s sleek style with Padeltek’s performance focused design. The range includes both a team racket and a drivers racket, giving fans the choice to rep either driver or the team itself.
Aston Martin decided that wasn’t quite enough, with the collaboration expected to expand into pickleball rackets and accessories in 2027. Could tennis be next?
To celebrate the launch, the Aston Martin F1 team and Padeltek are hosting an exclusive I / AM fan event at Padel Society in Austin this Thursday ahead of the US GP.
Matthew Chapman, the team’s head of licensing and merchandise, said “Formula 1 is a platform for collaboration across wider sport and lifestyle spaces, and we’re continuing to see the growing demand from fans to bring the worlds together.”
Aston Martin reckons it’s the first team in Formula 1 to partner with a padel and pickleball company. As both sports highlighting speed, focus, and performance, it seems like a natural match. Now the only question is how quickly we will see these rackets in Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll’s hands…?
