World Aquatics World Cup #2 – Tashkent

The 2nd stop of the world cup starts soon in Tashkent, UZB, and SwimSwam has compiled all the links you might need for the meet.

The first stop in Baku had light attendance, but some fast swims, particularly on the men’s side. Russia’s Egor Kornev tied the world record in the men’s 100 freestyle and China’s Yu Yiting broke two Asian records in the 100 and 200 IM.

More fast swimming is in store over the next three days, with prelims of the meet starting at 1:00 a.m EST on Thursday, October 8th. SwimSwam will be recapping the finals sessions live on the site, so follow along here.
