As we are almost accustomed to seeing at this point, Kate Douglass put on a clinic across a wide array of events at the UVA SCM Pro Am this weekend. Douglass won the 200 IM (2:02.76, US Open Record), 100 free (50.20), and 200 Breast (2:15.65). She also set a US Open record in a 50 free time trial (22.94), which was broken later that night by her training partner, Gretchen Walsh (22.75, world record).
Kate Douglass is the current world record holder in every that she won in Charlottesville and is planning to race all three at the upcoming SCM World Trials in Westmont.
