Kelani Jordan has been reigning as the current NXT Women’s Champion since August.
The NXT women’s division has a robust roster of talent with multiple names who have their sights on the top prize.
Considering she recently had her official main roster debut, Jordan could lose the gold at any point in the near future.
Here are five potential options to become the next WWE NXT Women’s Champion after Kelani Jordan.
Wren Sinclair
On the October 6 edition of WWE NXT, Wren Sinclair won the 20-woman number one contender’s battle royal.
Now at WWE NXT Halloween Havoc 2026, Sinclair will challenge Kelani Jordan for the NXT Women’s Championship.
Over the past few months, Sinclair has been on the rise and gaining more momentum in singles competition.
After her reign as WWE Speed Women’s Champion, the WrenQCC leader could next capture the NXT Women’s Championship on October 31.
ZARIA
After ups-and-downs as a singles competitor since arriving on WWE NXT in 2024, ZARIA has finally captured championship gold.
On the June 9 episode of WWE NXT, ZARIA defeated Tatum Paxley to win the NXT Women’s North American Championship.
Then at WWE NXT Heatwave 2026, ZARIA defeated both Wren Sinclair and Kali Armstrong to unify the Women’s North American and WWE Speed Women’s Championships.
After holding two titles, it might finally be time for ZARIA to capture the one title that has eluded her on the NXT brand.
Izzi Dame
At the start of 2026, Izzi Dame defeated Thea Hail to capture the WWE NXT Women’s North American Championship.
This reign was short-lived with Dame losing the gold to Tatum Paxley at NXT Vengeance Day 2026.
While she has been causing drama with ZARIA as of late, it doesn’t seem like Dame is interested in regaining the Women’s North American Title and may have her sights on a bigger prize.
Dame being the one to take the NXT Women’s Championship from Kelani Jordan could be the big victory that she has in search of.
Kali Armstrong
After she first made her WWE debut, Kali Armstrong became the first ever Evolve Women’s Champion.
Since moving from WWE Evolve to NXT, Armstrong has seemed destined for more championship gold.
While she came up short in the recent number one contender’s battle royal, “The Statement Maker” could find herself in title contention before long.
Kali Armstrong defeating Kelani Jordan would be fitting and mark her first reign as the NXT Women’s Champion.
Kendal Grey
At WWE NXT Heatwave 2026, Kelani Jordan defeated Kendal Grey to win the NXT Women’s Championship.
Since then, Grey has been out of action recovering from an ear injury and a bout of vertigo.
With her first reign ending abruptly, Grey seems due another reign as the champion sometime soon.
Whenever she finally gets a rematch, Kendal Grey has everything it takes to dethrone Kelani Jordan to become the new WWE NXT Women’s Champion.
