Self Made Pro has revealed that none other than Bron Breakker is “very frustrated” by what’s been going on with his character on episodes of WWE Raw recently. In fact, “recently” isn’t really telling the full story – Breakker has been miffed for much of 2026.
This news was revealed during a Self Made Session, but the host said he couldn’t disclose such information at the time because it was shared off record. However, he’s now free to dish out the details surrounding Bron’s unhappiness at WWE’s creative direction.
Here’s the biggest scoop too: Breakker actually held conversations with power players behind the scenes about changing his creative and “pivoting away from this”. He’s since cooled off as a major singles threat under Paul Heyman in The Vision and become one half of the tag champs alongside Austin Theory.
If anything, the biggest story the group have going at the moment is Theory courting Maxxine Dupri as she turns heel on ex-stablemates Otis and Akira Tozawa in Alpha Academy. Breakker is pretty much only there as muscle, and it’s pretty obvious that he’s been sliding down the ladder of importance.
The dude has gone from fronting up top stars like Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins to blasting Tozawa with spears.
Bron is said to be aware of his plight, but he hasn’t shrugged it off. Instead, he’s been actively seeking ways to change things and improve his situation. So, it’ll be interesting to see whether or not that has an impact on his tag title reign with Austin.
Breakker clearly expected more from this summer, and this year in general.
