WWE Money in the Bank 2026 is now in the books, with two stars earning a guaranteed championship opportunity, Raw’s Liv Morgan winning the Women’s World Title back and LA Knight once again falling short against Roman Reigns.

All eyes will now be on this week’s episodes of Raw and SmackDown, which should provide plenty of fallout from the New Orleans PLE as well as some potential roster changes.

Here are three WWE Raw stars to potentially join the SmackDown roster.

Penta

The main event of WWE Money in the Bank 2026 saw Penta defeat Je’Von Evans, Bron Breakker, Kevin Owens, CM Punk and Trick Williams to become this year’s Mr. Money in the Bank.

The former Intercontinental Champion now has a first WWE world championship in his sights, but the question will be: which one does he go for? Roman Reigns’ World Heavyweight Title or Sami Zayn’s Undisputed WWE Title?

Penta has obvious unfinished business with Reigns from their September 14 meeting in Mexico City, so in storyline this is the obvious choice. However, after Reigns knocked off LA Knight at Money in the Bank, we all know for sure that “The OTC” is keeping that title until WrestleMania 43 where he will almost certainly defend against Oba Femi.

Unless WWE wants Penta to join the list of failed cash-ins, the better route would be the Mexican star heading to SmackDown and targeting Zayn. An Undisputed WWE Championship win would then see him officially join the blue brand’s roster on a full-time basis.

Ivy Nile

It has now been seven months since Ivy Nile last wrestled on WWE Raw, so it certainly doesn’t appear as if her future lies on the red brand at this point in time.

Nile did make her return to NXT this past Tuesday, competing in the battle royal to determine a new number one contender for Kelani Jordan’s NXT Women’s Championship.

This could suggest a permanent switch to NXT could be coming, but a move to SmackDown would probably be a lot more interesting.

Rumored future WWE tag team partner Jordynne Grace is on the show and currently not being used, so perhaps Nile moving to SmackDown officially can kick off the next chapter in both their careers.

Seth Rollins

Seth Rollins has been kept off WWE TV since his SummerSlam 2026 loss to Roman Reigns. “The Visionary” has reportedly been dealing with a minor injury, but WWE are also said to be waiting for “maximum impact” when booking his return.

What this means exactly is unclear, as for Rollins, there really isn’t a whole lot of obvious plans for him on Raw without retreading old feuds with The Bloodline or The Vision.

While he also has plenty of familiar foes on SmackDown, none of those feuds are quite as fresh in the memory so WWE could certainly get away with having Seth mix it up with the likes of CM Punk or Cody Rhodes again.

Rollins or Penta joining SmackDown would create even more of an imbalance in the main event picture than their already is however, so Adam Pearce would likely need to break out the check book and sign some new top level stars if he sees one, or both, depart.
